We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure the FASHIONPHILE brand tag remains attached to the item to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the item back into its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, dust bags, and the intact FASHIONPHILE brand tag are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item and confirms its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
